Our Inventory Specialist works directly with our vendors to order and arrange shipment of products for our retail store and production team. This individual proactively enters incoming product SKUs, oversees maintenance and processes updates to the inventory database. They are responsible for details including, but not limited to, item pricing, image and product descriptions. This individual is data-driven, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory.

Our Inventory Specialist works within a team responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our inventory. They work closely to maintain accurate inventory counts through monthly cycle counts. This person is creative and innovative, finding a better way when needed and not afraid to take initiative. They are a focused, self-improving, and hardworking individual.

Roles and Responsibilities

This description intends to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the individual assigned to this job. It is not intended to include all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications.

  • Vendor ordering
  • Item SKU creation for new products
  • Prepare Items for online presentation; write descriptions & format images
  • Maintaining and updating item SKU records
  • Retagging products in store as required, due to changes
  • Cycle Counts
  • Maintain Item reports and other documents
  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
  • Other various tasks as assigned.

  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
