Derby House Complete Pattern Set

Derby House is inspired by the old-world charm of Mackinac Island - this block of them month program is filled with little unique Minick & Simpson details.

The quilt is a mix of pieced and applique sewing and features the Northport Wovens and the latest Mackinac Island fabric collection by Moda.

There are 5 applique blocks and the rest of the quilt is simple piecing. The finished quilt measures 80" X 90".
