This little Mediterranean fellow is a true aristo-cat with elegant lines and yet pleasingly plump. In his honor Helene offers an exquisite hot artichoke dip, guaranteed to make you pleasingly plump if you overindulge. For those who want to remain slim, there are lower fat substitutions given but you owe it to yourself to try the fully loaded version at least once; the recipe is included in this pattern.
