Cancellations must be received in writing to Stitchin’ Heaven. If a cancellation is received prior to the final payment date (including a statement regarding the reason for cancellation), your non-refundable deposit will be retained.
After final payment the following cancellation fees are applicable:

59 - 30 days before trip:

Loss of 50% of your trip fees
Loss of 75% of your trip fees
