Quitman Welcomes Family Business into Fabric of Community with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
WHO: Stitchin’ Heaven is Texas’ premier quilt shop offering thousands of quality fabrics and quilting kits, plus a wide variety of unique programs including Block of the Month, cruises, retreats, classes and so much more.
WHAT: Hosted by the Greater Quitman Area Chamber of Commerce, Stitchin’ Heaven will celebrate the long-awaited ribbon cutting ceremony of its brand new 17,500 sq. ft. facility. Joined by local dignitaries, business owners and leaders, employees, community members and customers, the ribbon cutting ceremony will include tours of the new facility, light refreshments and giveaways.

DETAILS: Paying homage to its roots, Stitchin’ Heaven’s new $2M Texas-themed shop opens the doors to a whole new shopping destination in the state. With bus trips and lodging available, Stitchin’ Heaven customers now have the opportunity to be wined and dined while exploring extensive displays of quilts, fabrics and supplies. The facility also features an expansive production space for the company’s kit cutting, laser and Block of the Month departments, and a large classroom to accommodate growing demand from customers.
