There is a $200.00 deposit per person due at registration which will secure your price and availability.
Monday, October 12: You will be responsible for getting to the airport on October 12th. Our motorcoach will depart from the Marriott at Philadelphia International Airport promptly at 3:30PM so if you are delayed you will be responsible for your transportation to Bird-in-Hand.
NOTE: Transportation to Philadelphia International Airport is not included.
We will meet at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott. This hotel connects to the airport via a skybridge. Your bus moms will be there to greet you.
Saturday, October 17: Please plan for transportation departures from Philadelphia International Airport after 1PM.
NOTE: Return transportation from Philadelphia International Airport is not included.
You will be responsible for getting to and from Philadelphia International Airport.
During our tour, we will have various guides that work with our group to make it a memorable experience. While all of these guides are paid a normal wage, you can show your appreciation by tipping them at the end of the event or day. Your bus moms are also paid a wage to escort you around and handle the behind the scenes details. They always appreciate your generosity, but it is never required.
