BERNINA - Patchwork Foot #97 9mm

The BERNINA Patchwork Foot #97 is designed for straight-stitching and is ideal for sewing 1/4 inch or 1/8 inch seam allowances and top stitching. It is available for BERNINA machines that have a maximum stitch width of 9mm. The foot print of the sole fits perfectly with the feeding system for the most accurate feeding and stitching when piecing patchwork blocks on a 9mm BERNINA machine. The Patchwork Foot #97 has an optional move-able seam guide. If the Patchwork Foot #97 comes as a standard accessory with a BERNINA machine, then the seam guide has to be bought separately. The seam guide aids in sewing perfectly straight 1/4 inch seams. Especially helpful for beginners, this guide also offers extra insurance to experienced piecers. The Straight Stitch Plate is recommended to be used in conjunction with the Patchwork Foot. The YouTube videos shows Patchwork Foot #97D - the only difference is that the D-foot can be used with the BERNINA Dual Feed.
