Lodging
You’re going to love the comfort and convenience of our brand-new Stitchin’ Heaven Retreat Center. Designed with quilters in mind, it features a spacious, dedicated sewing room, a full kitchen, and cozy hotel-style accommodations—so you can focus on stitching, not stressing. Each guest room includes two twin beds, a private bathroom, and all the linens and towels you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Just show up and settle in.
If the Retreat Center fills up, don’t worry—we also have charming on-site cottages available. To reserve a cottage, give us a call at 903-760-7397 and we’ll get you set up.
When it comes to meals, we’ve got you covered. Enjoy a hearty brunch and dinner each full day of your retreat, plus dinner on arrival day and brunch before you head home. The kitchen and dining area are warm and inviting, with complimentary coffee, iced tea, and water available throughout the day. Want to share breakfast snacks or treats with fellow quilters? A casual potluck-style breakfast is always welcome!
And yes, the entire Retreat Center is handicap accessible—so everyone can join in the fun!

Sewing Machine Info
Transporting your machine by car or by air has never been easier with today's machine carrying bags. Sewing on your own machine is preferred, but if you do need to rent a sewing machine, we have them available for $50 plus tax (one time charge per event). Each participant at this retreat will have their own table in the open sewing area. No sharing required! (unless you want to share your chocolate!)
