The time has come to kick up our heels and celebrate the beginning of a new era at Stitchin' Heaven. We have come a long way and it is time for a party!
Guaranteed to be the shindig of the year, we have three days of quilting fun planned. Starting with the people who make our industry great, then a day of demos and finally, we top it off with door prizes galore. We are also excited to host The Supper Quilt, a quilted masterpiece, that will be in the house for everyone to appreciate. Make your plans and join us for all three days.

Thursday, February 13th - VIP Day
Festivities begin at 11:00 and include visits from our fabric company executives and our government officials. A Buffet lunch will be served at noon with informational sessions scheduled throughout the afternoon. You must RSVP using the form below to reserve your seat for lunch.

Friday, February 14th – Demo Day
Demos will be scheduled throughout the shop all day. It will be a wonderful day of learning where we find out about the hottest products in quilting from the experts, themselves. Creative Grids will be in the house with demos on their top rulers along with Phillip with Laurastar Ironing Systems and Joallyn from Martelli to tell us all about their line of quilting products.
We are honored to display The Supper Quilt in the store accompanied by Mr. Locke, who created this masterpiece using 51,816 ½” squares. They will be here all-day Friday and until Saturday afternoon.

Saturday, February 15th – Door Prize Day
Saturday will be a blast! Our generous friends in the quilting industry have donated some really wonderful items for this day.
Everyone gets a ticket when they come in the door. Earn extra tickets and chances to win with every $25 purchase you make that day also. Enter to win the prizes you want and we will draw and announce the winners that evening at 4pm. You do not have to be present to win.
The Supper Quilt will be here on Saturday until about 2pm, so make plans to arrive and see this beauty for yourself. You won’t regret it.

There are several good options here in our area to make your stay a comfortable one.
In Mineola you will find the Best Western close to downtown. You can check their rates and availability here.
Near Quitman there is a lovely place called the Fall Farm Country Inn that will certainly feel like your home away from home. Or choose from some of the lovely Air BNB options in the area.
Coming through Lindale you will find multiple options. Two good options are the Comfort Suites and the La Quinta Inn which are both close to dining and I-20.
If you travel along I-30 you can stop in Sulphur Springs for your stay. You will find a Hampton Inn right off of the Interstate.
