Get ready for a fun day of quilts, quilts, and more quilts! Stitchin' Heaven is hosting the annual Quitman Outdoor Quilt Show in Quitman, Texas. We invite everyone to come join us!
We will have quilts on display at Stitchin' Heaven, along with the Rockin S&S Grill food truck and a free bounce house for the kids to enjoy! Stop by the store and take home a new project or fun gifts for the quilter in your life. Enjoy food from local food truck, let the kids play in the bounce house and much more.

Want To Show Your Quilt?
Display Your Quilt(s)
We are looking for 100 beautiful quilts to be part of the Quitman Outdoor Quilt Show on October 14, 2023 here in Quitman, Texas. Weather permitting, the show will be held outdoors at Stitchin’ Heaven. We would love to display your quilt!
- There is no entry fee.
- Quilts must be at least 36 x 36 and be square or rectangle – no odd shapes please.
- Quilts must be clean and free of pet hair or strong odors, including smoke.
- We will accept quilts August 1 - October 2, or until we have 100 quilts.
- Submit your quilt and receive a $20.00 electronic gift card from Stitchin’ Heaven. One per person. Gift cards will be emailed after we receive your quilt.
Submitting Your Quilt
- Download and print the Outdoor Quilt Show forms. The Exhibitor Contract form MUST be printed and completed.
- Attach the Quilt Form to the back of your quilt.
- Send or drop off your quilt with a photo and the Exhibitor Contract form prior to October 2, 2023.
- Have your quilt folded in a pillowcase or quilt bag with your name and phone number on the outside.
- You will be given or sent a Claim Ticket that must be presented to pick up your quilt.
Drop off: Stitchin’ Heaven retail store located at 321 Richards Street, Quitman.
Ship to: Stitchin’ Heaven Attn: Jessica King, 321 Richards Street, Quitman, TX 75783
- If you ship your quilt, you must pick it up in person and present your Claim Ticket, we will not ship it back.
- Email retreats@stitchinheaven.com with your name and tracking information so that we can watch for your quilt’s arrival.
- Include a self-addressed envelope so that we can mail your Claim Ticket to you.
- We are not responsible for quilts lost in the mail.

- At Stitchin' Heaven on October 14th, 4:00-5:00pm
- At Stitchin’ Heaven, October 17-21, 2023, 10:00am-5:00pm
