We’d love to showcase your beautiful work at the Quitman Outdoor Quilt Show! This is a non-judged, community celebration of quilting, and participation is completely free. Below are the important details and guidelines for quilt submissions:

🧵 Quilt Entry Basics

• Open to the public – Everyone is welcome to participate.

• No entry fee – It’s completely free to submit your quilt.

• Non-judged – This is a display-only event, so just enjoy sharing your craft!

📏 Quilt Requirements

• Minimum Size: 36" x 36"

• Shape: Quilts must be square or rectangular (no unusual shapes, please).

• Cleanliness: All quilts must be clean and free from:

  • Pet hair

  • Strong odors (including smoke)

📅 Submission Dates

• July 1 – October 17, 2025, or until we reach 100 quilts

🎁 Quilter Perks

• Submit your quilt and receive a $20 Stitchin’ Heaven Gift Card (one per person)

📝 What to Include with Your Quilt

1. Exhibitor Contact Form

   • Print and complete this form

   • Include a photo of your quilt

   • Place inside your package or bring with your quilt

2. Quilt Form

   • Attach this to the back of your quilt using safety pins

   • This form stays with your quilt for the show

📦 Packaging Instructions

• Fold your quilt into a pillowcase or fabric bag

• Label the outside with your name and phone number

  • Use safety pins or permanent marker

🚚 Drop-Off & Shipping Info

Drop-Off (In-Person)

• When: Wednesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Where: Stitchin’ Heaven, 321 Richards Street, Quitman, TX

Note: All quilts must be picked up in person. We do not ship quilts back and are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please consider insuring your shipment if mailing your quilt.

🎟️ Claim Ticket

• In-Person Drop-Off: You'll receive a claim ticket and gift card at the time of drop-off.

• Shipped Quilts: We will mail your claim ticket and gift card once your quilt arrives (must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope).

📦 Quilt Pick-Up Dates

• Saturday, Nov. 1 from 3:00 – 4:00 PM (right after the show!)

• Wednesday–Thursday, Nov. 5–6 from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday, Nov. 7 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

By submitting your quilt, you grant permission for photos of your quilt to be used in Stitchin’ Heaven promotions (no compensation provided).
