Kim Sandberg

Click for Bio

Kim started sewing young, drafting her first quilt (a log cabin) as a high schooler and taking five years to finish it — a slow start that grew into a lifelong passion. She moved from home machine quilting in 2003 to longarm in 2007, and turned professional in 2016 with her HQ Forte® and Pro-Stitcher®, handling everything from edge-to-edge designs to full custom work. She helped develop PS Designer and PS Catalog and loves teaching the software to fellow quilters. Kim has taught since 2007 and brings a modern eye shaped by years of traditional roots. She lives in Utah with her two teenagers, hiking with her dog in summer and quilting the rest of the year.

Kristina Whitney

Kristina started quilting with her grandmother in the 1990s, piecing on her domestic machine until longarm quilting hooked her in 2014. She began on an HQ Avanté® with Pro-Stitcher® and now owns an HQ Forte® with Pro-Stitcher and an Amara® 24 with Pro-Stitcher. She teaches all over the world, co-hosted the Watch & Learn quilting show, and now hosts "Did You Know?" on YouTube, with her work also featured in quilting magazines. Kristina works across rulers, Pro-Stitcher, and free-motion, quilting for hire and pleasure while working through 50 of her grandmother's quilt tops. She loves pushing herself and her students to try new things.

Maegan Brewster

Maegan's quilting journey started at age 8 in a mother-daughter class, sparking a lifelong love of color, fabric, and fiber arts. She spent years sewing and helping with her mother's longarm business, then built a 13-year career at a local quilt shop running a longarm rental program, ruler club, and education classes while quilting for the public. In 2023, after the shop closed, she launched her own business, Mae We Quilt, offering edge-to-edge, free-motion, ruler, and custom quilting with her HQ Forte®. As a teacher, she specializes in Pro-Stitcher edge-to-edge, ruler work, and custom quilting, focused on helping quilters of every level build confidence. Maegan lives in Bryan, Texas, with her dog and family nearby.
