We decided to offer Perse the challenge of Fashion Travel Diva. We are proud to announce that she has gladly accepted the challenge, and is determined to bring us the latest fashions in totes from across the United States! Her goal? Visit a new city each month, check out the latest designs, choose her tote bag for the occasion, and report back to us with all the details (patterns and fabrics, that is). Then, we, being the fashion-minded gals we are, will pass these trendy tote bags on to you in a kit form!

Of course, we all know that there will be lots of travel time involved in Perse's new-found adventures, and what better way is there to keep entertained and up-to-date than the latest quilting/sewing magazines? We can't think of a thing! So, we're sending Perse off with the current issue of a magazine each month that will also be included in the tote kits that you'll receive each month. Now, that's some fashionable entertainment!

Here's your challenge:

Join Perse on her adventure across the United States! Each month, when Perse visits a new city, we will send you a tote bag kit with the pattern and fabrics needed to make the tote that Perse has chosen for that destination along with a current issue of one of several sewing related magazines to read along the way. Kits generally will not exceed $49.95, and you will be allowed three (3) Fashion Detours per 12 month period where you can choose not to receive your package for a month. We will send monthly e-mail updates where you will be able to view details for the following month's package.

Perse will also be posting to a blog about her travels where you can read her journal entries throughout this journey, along with fun facts, and sewing tips. You will also be able to ask her questions, and post about any personal experiences that you may have had in the cities she visits along the way.
