Looking for a quilt retreat with lodging? You've found it. Stitchin' Heaven's retreat center sits right in Quitman, Texas — on the same grounds as the shop, so you can sew all day and just wander over to bed at night. (Missouri Star has one too, up in Hamilton, Missouri — ours is tucked into the East Texas piney woods.)

We've got three ways to stay on-site, and which one fits depends on your group.
The Retreat Center is the whole house, just for your group. Pricing works on a sliding scale — the bigger your crew, the less it costs per person: $95 a night for groups of 8–12, $85 for 13–16, $75 for 17–20, and $65 once you're up to 21–24. Every stay needs a two-night minimum. A $200 deposit holds your dates (it comes right off the total), and the balance auto-bills 30 days before you arrive, so you're not stuck remembering to pay it yourself.
The Bunkhouse is one cozy cabin that sleeps up to 11, at $35 per person per night for groups of 8–11, with a two-night minimum and a $150 cleaning fee (taxable). Nothing's due when you book — the whole stay bills 30 days out.
The Cottages are six standalone units, perfect for a smaller group or a couple. $99 a night per cottage, 1–4 guests, and the price doesn't change whether it's one of you or four — one-night minimum, paid in full when you reserve.
A couple of housekeeping notes: lodging tax runs 13% (that's Texas hotel occupancy tax plus Quitman/Wood County), and same-day turnover is allowed if you need it. Check the site for upcoming retreat weekends — and keep in mind lodging here is its own reservation, separate from booking a cabin on one of our cruises.
