2027 Camp New Year Registration
Start 2027 at the Stitchin' Heaven Retreat Center — four days of sewing in the piney woods, brunch and dinner on us, chocolate and champagne on New Year's Eve, and the New Year's Day Mystery Sew Along Watch Party. Fill out the form below to hold your spot. Every guest registers individually, so if you're coming with a friend, each of you needs to send in your own form before either registration is complete.

Sew the mystery clue by clue, together, Live from our Event Center or on the big screen — nobody finds out how it ends early.
January 2 and 3 are yours. The sewing room never closes and everybody gets their own table.
Open sew time all weekend — bring your own projects, enjoy the company, and get things finished. On New Year's Day, join Deb and Anita live for the Mystery Quilt reveal, where Deb may share a tip or two along the way. There's always time for Show 'n Tell if you want to share what you made.

Coming in early or staying an extra day? Add a day to your stay for $50 per night, chosen on the registration form. *Food is not included on extended stay days, and extended stay days are limited to one day before and one day after the event.

Live New Year's Mystery Quilt Along
Sew the 2027 mystery quilt live with Deb & Anita, clue by clue, while you are here. Seating is limited, so tell us on the registration form if you would like to come. Sewing machines are provided for the Quilt Along — you will not need to carry yours over from the Retreat Center.

Questions
Do we each have to fill out our own form?
Yes. Every guest registers individually. Your registration isn't complete until each person in your party has submitted their own form.
What does the $349 cover?
One spot at camp in a double-occupancy room, brunch and dinner on each full day, your own table in the sewing room, and everything else on the included list. Taxes, fees, and any add-ons you choose are on top of that, and the balance is due at registration.
Can I have a room to myself?
Single rooms aren't available once the event fills, so call 903-760-7397 to check before you count on one. If you're coming alone and are happy to be paired up, choose "Single, looking for someone to share a double occupancy room" on the form.
Can I come early or stay an extra night?
Yes — you can add a day to your stay for $50 per night, one day before and one day after the event. Pick it on the registration form. Food is not included on extended stay days.
What if I don't want to haul my machine?
Rent one of our premier machines for the whole retreat for $50 plus tax — one charge, not per day. Choose it on the form and it'll be waiting at your table.
I use a walker, wheelchair, or scooter. Will that work?
The Retreat Center is handicap accessible throughout. Tell us on the form so we can plan your room and your spot in the sewing room.
Can my group sit together?
Yes. Say so on the form and we'll seat you together in the sewing room.
Can you work around a food allergy?
Because of our food ordering process, we're not able to accommodate dietary restrictions. If there's something you can't eat, please bring your own food — there's a common-room kitchen you're welcome to use.
Will you email me about the retreat?
Yes — everything important goes to the email address on your form. Please add stitchinheaven.com as an approved sender so those emails don't land in your spam folder.
Where is the Retreat Center, and how do I get there?
321 Richards St, Quitman, TX 75783 — right next door to the Stitchin' Heaven store. The closest airport is Tyler (Pounds Field), and we're about 100 miles east of DFW. Flying into Tyler and need a ride? Let us know and we'll pick you up.
Do I need to register for the New Year's Day Sew Along Separately?
Nope! Booking Camp New Year automatically includes your spot in the Sew-In — nothing else to register for. You will also have the option to purchase event kits for the sew in!
