Love color and fabric? Put your creative skills to work

If you have an eye for color and love the hunt for that perfect fabric, this is the position for you! As part of our Production Team, this position locates the right fabric for use in our projects. They then work with our inventory ordering specialist to order the fabrics that keep our cutters moving. This person must have a good eye for fabric color, value and hue. Prints and movement are also very important. This person must work directly with fabric company representatives to find fabrics as well as negotiate pricing. We need a quilter!

Responsibilities:

1. Review Quilt patterns and Cut Sheets
2. Figure yardage needed for programs
3. Locate and order fabrics based on quilt photos
4. Negotiate pricing with vendors

Knowledge & Skills

1. Quilter/Sewer
2. Read and understand quilt pattern
3. An eye for fabric color and value
4. Good computer skills
5. Good math skills
6. Detail oriented
7. Self-motivated
8. Eager to learn

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay will depend on experience.
