The Product Marketing Coordinator bridges the gap between pre-production and marketing by ensuring the successful promotion of products related to Block of the Month (BOM), Cruises, and Events. This role involves crafting campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and aligning product launches with marketing timelines to maximize customer engagement and conversions.
As a key member of the marketing team, the Product Marketing Coordinator ensures that all product marketing initiatives align with the company’s Core Values and contribute to the trinity of focus.
Key Responsibilities
Product Promotions and Campaigns
- Collaborate with pre-production and events teams to align product launches with marketing campaigns.
- Develop promotional strategies for BOM kits, cruise projects, and event-related products.
- Create special offers, bundles, or limited-time deals to enhance product appeal.
Vendor and Partner Coordination
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure exclusive or high-value products for marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with quilt guilds and other partners to promote events and product launches.
Content Briefing and Support
- Work with the Video & Photography Specialist to ensure product visuals align with campaign goals.
- Provide detailed briefs to the Email & Social Media Specialist for product-related campaigns.
Campaign Analysis and Optimization
- Track performance metrics for product-specific campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Monitor conversion rates for key products and recommend adjustments to improve results.
Event and Cruise Product Integration
- Ensure that product offerings for events and cruises align with marketing objectives and customer expectations.
- Develop marketing assets that integrate products seamlessly into events and promotional efforts.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the quilting or crafting industry (preferred).
