Have you ever wanted to spend a day with Friends and visit our wonderful Quilt Shop here in the Piney Woods of East Texas? Here is your chance!

We are scheduling motorcoach bus trips from areas all around Texas and neighboring states. If you're within riding distance and you are interested in a relaxing day with us, make your reservation today.

Your reservation fee includes your Bus Fare to and from the pick-up location (yeah!). We also provide a Stitchin' Heaven Tote Bag, Lunch, Games, Demos, Shopping, Wine, and Gus the Longhorn!

As an added bonus, each person will receive 10% off their purchase on the day of the trip!*

*Special Exclusions for Offers:

  • In-Store Only: Please note that some exclusions may apply.
  • Expo Buses: Due to already discounted pricing available through Expo, we cannot combine these with any additional 10% discount offers.

*Lunch Options:

  • Personal Bus Arrangements: Guests who bring their own buses can opt for lunch at an additional charge. Please contact us directly to make arrangements.
  • Expo Buses: Please be aware that lunch, wine, the 10% bus discount, and games are not included with Expo bus packages. However, food trucks will be available at the Expo, offering a variety of lunch options for purchase.

Bus Trip amenities

Cancellation Policy: No refunds within 30 days of the scheduled bus trip.

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to departure times. Buses will leave promptly at the listed time.

You will receive an email the week of the trip with more specific details.

NOTE: Our bus is not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs, walkers, etc. can be stored in the storage compartment of the bus, but it is not equipped with a lift.

I wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience at your shop yesterday. I enjoyed meeting Deb and the rest of the staff. Everyone was cordial, gracious and knowledgable about products. They were extremely helpful in every way. Every aspect of the business discussed was interesting and informative. The warehouse and discussion of Blocks of the Month was great. I have been to your shop several times in Quitman and then a few times in Mineola. But yesterday was especially fun to come with my sewing group from Denton. The lunch was delicious, the games fun, and the demo informative. Thanks so much.

My husband was especially worried about bus safety amid the news of so many bus crashes. He instructed me to check the emergency window instructions and the roof hatches. There was no need to worry. Frank, the bus driver was smooth-driving and excellent in traffic and rain. I would highly recommend Frank for future trips.

An additional highlight of my trip was meeting some ladies on the bus who were from Wichita Falls, which is my home town. It was fun to remember and discuss favorite memories and times past.
