BERNINA - Jean Foot #8

Jeans foot is ideal for straight-stitching over thick seams and on multi-layer or densely woven materials such as denim, canvas or travel bags. Designed to stitch through heavy layers of fabric without skipping stitches or breaking needles, Jean Foot #8 eliminiates the need for a shim or bridge in many cases when stitching over varying thicknesses of fabric. Jean Foot #8 works with straight stitch and center needle position only. A stitch with any width to it will cause the needle to strike the foot and break. Use a large needle, #100 or #110, to get the best results.
