Carol Doak and Deb Luttrell have created their usual magic with this foundation paper-pieced design "Downtown". In this collaboration, Carol designed the central star blocks and Deb designed the houses, buildings, and trees in the border along with the finishing design. The colors and unique style create a stunning heirloom quilt. The pattern includes a thumb drive with all of the paper templates for home printing. High-quality quilter’s cotton prints will be used, fabric substitutions will match as closely to the photo as possible. This kit includes the pattern and fabrics necessary to complete the quilt top, including borders and binding. Backing fabric is also included in this kit!

The finished quilt measures 97” x 97”.
