Introducing: Land Ahoy Quilt Retreats

"Cruising is suspended." Three dreaded words that all of us who love cruising did not want to hear. We love cruising. We love quilting and sewing and making new friends and memories and eating yummy food. What to do? 

So many of you have lamented with us over the absence of our quilting cruises.  We listened to our customers and brainstormed about what to do in this situation - and Land Ahoy! Quilt Retreats was born! Our mantra: When life goes to pieces, make a quilt!

Basically, this is a quilt-cruise style event held at luxury hotels on land. We figured we can't cruise so we might as well bring our event ashore. 

You will spend a full week at a luxurious hotel where you can sew on the Bernina sewing machine that is yours to use for the entire trip. You will learn from two amazing instructors and as always, we will provide Stitchin' Heaven support staff. As with the cruises, our two beautiful projects being taught will have optional pre-cut kits available for purchase. Also included is a Fun Friday project with a complimentary kit, a SHAG (Stitchin' Heaven Amazing Gift) box, and sew much more.

On behalf of the entire Stitchin’ Heaven family, we want to ensure you that your safety and health remain a top priority to us. We know that booking a vacation during this time of travel restrictions and general uncertainty can feel risky. To help alleviate those concerns, we have adopted a new worry-free cancellation policy. If you need to, you can cancel your Land Ahoy Trip and receive a full refund up to 90 days before your scheduled trip.

Sanitation measures:

At each hotel we have ample space in large ballrooms to provide recommended distancing. Wearing of face masks is optional in the classroom and on our excursion but will be required in the hotel if wearing of facemasks in the public areas is required by the hotel. We also will practice daily temperature checks and will have hand sanitizer readily available for each guest.

We personally visited each of the hotels that have been selected to ensure heightened sanitation protocols were being followed. We want you to have confidence that you will have a safe and healthy experience (except maybe for the cookies and chocolate you will consume!)
